On Becoming a Lady

Well, before we take off to Europe, we thought we would fill you all in on Adalyn.

In becoming a lady she has taken to a few of the finer things. She loves to kiss/attack her mom and dad. Example of the joy and delight while planning the attack:
And the happiness after her astounding success.
When her attentions turn to the floor, sometimes she finds herself hiding under the bed while her mom is getting ready. The sheer panic on her mom's face when she comes out and can't find her is delightful. That is precisely when she pops her little head out from under the dust ruffle. Ahhh these are the days she will never remember!
When the weather is fine she enjoys a nice stroll down the lane. Upon her return, however, she is not such a lady.Finally, she is now able to wave to her public....or the garbage man, or the wall, or her personal favorite- herself! When you have a talent such as this, why hide it?

Now we leave you, our fine friends. We are headed to France and Spain for ten days over spring break. Lest you think we would have too much fun- we are bringing with us eight students and four adults for whom we are responsible. Wish us luck! And wish Tyler's mom luck as she stays behind to take care of our sweet little baby! Oh, I'm going to miss that girl!
