Adventures of Fall

Addy and I went to a farm last week (well, it was last week when I started this post, anyway) that does a tour for kids during the fall. The kids get to play and pet animals and even pick produce! They also had this little 'train' ride that Adalyn took very seriously and loved.

Here she is with the piglets, whom she loved dearly. And below are the chicks. She was pretty fascinated with all of the animals. I was surprised how brave she was with everything, even the goats!
This is what I mean by taking it seriously...
At the end they got to 'pick' a pumpkin that, just like the produce they also 'picked', was just lying there on the ground.

And here is our little one on the pot. She is fully toilet trained (we don't say potty in our house because we think it's annoying) and hasn't had an accident since around day four or so. I LOVE not changing diapers!!!!

i can't wait till we're there.. 3 in diapers gets a bit busy, and i'd rather be eating or playing or cleaning then changing bottoms.

Don't you think toilet (see, no potty being used here!) training is SO worth it?? It was so hard with Sydney but after I did it I was glad. YAY Addie! She is getting big and super cute.
